While most Westerners came roughly 40,000 years later to Australia than the aboriginals, mostly their territorial lines are on maps nowadays. Even now many tribes of aboriginals are dying out, I was quite surprised of how many tribes these aboriginals still consist and how many separate claimable lands they still distinguish.

They had already a funny worldwide satellite and air foto archive, now this is being extended with panoramic photo’s from the ground. So to see made fromout a driving car. Es ist mir wirklich seit lange Zeit nicht mehr Fremd was passiert mit Unserem Osternachbaren. Aber die lätzte Tagen sind eigentlich nog ebenso viel mehr klahr.

Haben wir Gestern schon einen wheinende Erich ~~Honecker~~ Zabel auf die Television gesehen, umdas er nur einer Woche verbotene drogen hat benutzt. (Und mit der Zabel auch anderen Deutscher Männer die auch allen sagten das Sie es wel haben gewusst.) Heute abend war meine Augen gefallen auf eines Seite was mich nog so Wie mochlich nog mehr überteugt hatte von die neue frisschem Wind welchem durch Deutschland blaast.

Ich mochte nicht verraten über was die Seite dreht. Die Seite ist eine schöne. Geil aber jedoch nicht GFDA (Gefährlich fur die Arbeit). Eine wirkliche überraschung!!

Das wird ein schöne Sommer!!

Ama and farquaad traveled to Berlin. But slowly. An hour past the German border it was high time for a first stop.
Nice camping at the lakeside, pre-season so a lot of privacy, except for the futen passing by the van.

The Weerribben is one of the most beautiful nature parks in the Netherlands. A former veenkolonie it is now a beautiful hideout for canoers, cyclists, hikers and people who love to have sex out in the open.
It was a beautiful spring day monday so I took farquaads bike and cycled down there to have a picnic and read my book.

Do you know anybody without a photo camera? Me neither. If they don’t have a proper digital one, they have an analogue one, or a cellular with photo-function, or a web cam.
So everybody is a photographer now.
In Switzerland there is an exhibition going on about this phenomenon. The exhibition itself is not officially online (why?!?), but an extract is to be found here and there is an unofficial flickrgroup. Which doesn’t clarify any curatorial editing: is it a reflection of the exhibition or -at the first look- a random gathering of pictures? Because everybody is a photographer these days including your mother and you, you can also participate and upload your images here.
More about the exhibition and the accompanying debates, tours and discussions are to be found on their blog, where you can see that we just missed the live discussion with Erik Kessels, but off course there an mp3 of it.

In advance of my Africa trip, I promised you guys some vid’s, but the work was too busy, too hectic, I was too tired or the internets were simply not in the neighbourhoods. So therefore now in behind some panoramic movies of my Couscous&Cola Morocco to Ghana-trip.

I’m not going to ask where this is, because you probably won’t be able to guess it.

During one of my wander-offs following in the tracks of Ibn Battuta (looking for the Lost sand Atlantis),
I stumbled on this euh.. Crater?

Now normally things like this are highly described in travel guides, maps and billions of web sites. However with desserts and especially countries you cannot visit with a tourist Visa (!) this is a different story all together. Looking at the size this crater, it looked interesting because of the “good looking” (bigger they don’t look nice enough to be mentioned) impact craters this surely would be close to the biggest of them. Euh.. not on the map there either..Where the hell is it then on google? Similar story there.. all kinds of guys traveling with jeeps and GPS. Some mentions, but nothing on a map. Finally I got something, location found. As it turns out this 3 km hole in the sand is the vulcanic result of an explosion of a waterhole turned instantly into steam by lava..
