Zojuist bereikte mij het trieste bericht dat het Oost-Groninger dujo Roef en Marian naar goed Volendams voorbeeld het bijltje erbij neergooit.
Het succesverhaal van het illustere dujo mag bekend zijn; nadat ze de voltallige jury van talentenshow ‘de x-factor’ verbijsterd hadden achtergelaten en een succesvolle act in de lachbandshow van trekpop Jensen waren ze welgeziene gasten in uitverkochte winkelcentra en voetbalstadions, van Gulpen tot Delfzijl.
Naar nu blijkt is juist dit succes tevens de ondergang geworden van dit immens populaire zangdujo: zoals zo vaak was de verdeling van de inkomsten, met ongetwijfeld minstens 6 nullen achter de komma, het breekpunt. De geruchten als zou een te goed bevallen partnerruilsessie met het dujo Lucas en Gea de oorzaak zijn van deze onverwachte gebeurtenis, wordt door beiden met klem ontkend.
De datum voor het afscheidsconcert is nog niet bekend, tevens spreken de geruchten over eventuele solocarrieres elkaar tegen. Het landschap van Nederland Muziekland zal nooit meer hetzelfde zijn. Eerst wordt ik via de bsc gewaar dat BZN niet meer is, nu dit. Straks wordt nog bekend dat Jovink en de Voederbietels er na dit jaar mee stoppen.
In dat geval gooi ik mezelf van het Hilton.

Of course there are DJ’s in all sorts and measures. I don’t have to tell you that. But whoever entered the clubs the later years could have encounterd the phenomenon of the female DJ. I’m not going to make any judgement about the musical capabilities of female DJ’s or even about the way how female DJ’s try to hide that. I’m just giving here an overview about what the vinylbabes have to offer here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here and here.
Luckly there are also DJ’s who don’t fall for these things, although asking for a HOYK could bring in a doubt.

We know already here on ochblog that beauty is unfortunately not for everyone. But when you are blessed with it, your almost obligated to show it ALL around. Of course as parents you stimulate your daughter as much as you can in her quest to obtain the highest possible. And if that means that you have to be her managing team. You’ll do it.

A week of pride and shame was this last week for the average moddelscout. The bad news didn’t went sitting in the cold clothes for me, the good news made as proud as a monkey with 3 lullen.
Inside the KNMB (Royal Dutch Moddelscout Federation) was a lot of disbelieve. There was a lot of rage, screaming and crying among me and my collegues. But seconds later after this news we got the hard copy of some impressive prints in hour hands from our own Ochgrouppie Deborah made by the new Dutch Paul Huf. Can you feel the mixed emotions that I felt?!
And besides all this news, its today exactly a year ago that i posted the first moddel Sandra…
I couldn’t sleep last night. Hundreds of voices and pictures were flying through my mind. I came to the conclusion that it can’t get any worse and it can’t get any better then it got this week for a moddelpotser. So you probably feel the cloud already hanging; I quit posting moddels.
I’d like to thank all the fans, the photographers (Rob especially) and all my gorgeous and beautiful moddels from the last year. And then leaves me nothing more than to leave you with all the best Deborah has to offer you here, here, here, here, HOYK!, here, here and here.

As we all know by now supermodel Kate Moss is doing tha real thing, or at least she did with or without her on-and-off boyfriend Pete Doherty (filmpje!).
And while Kate’s dumb-ass story cost her a few giant clients such as H&M and Burberrys, other models are taking advance. The beautiful Milla Jovovich (when will ‘The Sixth Sense’ be in our TV-Thursday?) for instance. With her ‘Say No To Dirt’ commercial for CWS, a company in hi-tech washroomsolutions, she is taking the shit (/seth) out of supermodels cocaïne stories…
