OMGWTFBBQ!!1!!

April 18th, 2008 by vilmer

Sorrie Joid..

L’Eglise de Locminé (Lokmien)

September 3rd, 2007 by Betsy

Contemporary architecture in rural France is hard to find, every village looks more or less the same and every suburb is filled up with yellow crappy houses and so on and so forth.

Unless you are really into medieval shit and cheap instant housing, you have no business there i reckon. However, sometimes somewhere, some mayor of some village makes a critical decision , and instead of rebuilding the church in it’s original state, he innovates.

Completely against my religion i present you a rapidsharelink (pun intended) of a photoshoot i did of the church of Locminé.

Flash piep

June 25th, 2007 by Amazone

vosimA while ago I celebrated my umptienth birthday and my house was filled with family and friends from afar and close.

From Ikiro I got two sets of flashing bicycleledlights and Beneger showed up with a so called vosim. For those of you who ever met him: he often brings something along with him that makes sound. (From now on that will be Balou). And then there was Choco who took a video of the bleep thingie.

This bleeping apparatus is an optically controllable vosim, a voice simulator, a simplistical optical vocal chord simulator. Continue reading ‘Flash piep’

Ikiro’s Day Off

Podium Moddels

Today, Eindhoven was filled with young men and women clad in tight lycra with tight butts on tight bikes giving their best shot against the clock during the Protour Team Time Trial. Of course I had to check that out. Continue reading ‘Ikiro’s Day Off’

Och’s Monday Movie: Takeshis’

June 4th, 2007 by ThE_ED

I’m only about 1.70m tall, but still I had to fold myself in a seat in the Oude Luxor some Filmsfestivals ago to see 2005s’ Takeshis’ by Kitano Takeshi. It’s an interesting, though sometimes hard to follow movie about succesfull actor Takeshi who meets his unsuccesfull counterpart Kitano.

monday movie takeshis

So is this movie an autobiography then? Well, maybe. The movie certainly consists of Takeshi’s own view on the world of cinema, but it’s also made in his own fashion. No wonder the worlds of both Takeshi and Kitano are becoming one more and more. (Do you still follow me, because this is where I lost it sometimes.) Continue reading ‘Och’s Monday Movie: Takeshis’’

browsing housing part one

May 20th, 2007 by Betsy

Me and Marie, we go regularly on cyclingtrips around Rotterdam, almost every sunday pending on the weather off course. We’ve decided that it’s time for us to buy a house in Rotjeknor, a place of our own. Recently Marie has added the fact that any return to France on her behalf is linked to when the french get rid of Mr. Sarkozy, so much for emigration, hmmpf. Anyway, for the past half year, we’ve been checking out neighbourhoods, streets and buildings, checking out where one wants to live, where not and where it’s financially feasable. We’re in no hurry, we just like to browse around the city, have lunch in some obscure place and head back home to check funda and or any other place we saw interesting real-estate.

Betsy’s queensdayvlog 2007

May 1st, 2007 by Betsy

Every year me and Marie go out at 6:00 AM to look for vintage stuff, usually our interest goes out for 60’s/70’s shit and lamps in particular and occasionally we dig up some treasure.

How different it was this year.
