The School of the Holy Beast
After the first film in this sexploitation trilogy it is about time to kick in some holy houses or two. Yes you sinful Ocher it is time to bets some religious people.
“The School of the Holy Beast” (a.k.a. Seijû gakuen or Convent Of The Sacred Beast) can be considered as one of the leading movies in the nunsploitation subgenre. Sex-starved nuns, torture, rape and incest scenes are blaspheming from the screen while slowly the story unfolds.
What really makes this movie a must see, are the gorgeous visuals, making it almost qualify for an arthouse movie. Director Norifumi Suzuki made a truly masterpiece of thrash!
So grab this forbidden fruit stuffed with maggots from the tree of Demonoid.

I was first planning to exhume the rotting corpse of Ochblog’s TV Thursday for this. But I decided against it.. I’ll leave it resting in peace.
That is not what can be said of the spirits inhabiting the neurosurgery ward of Riget Hospital in Lars Von Trier’s Series “Riget/The Kingdom“. Very strange series enjoyable especially for those that love weird concoctions of humor, horror, thriller, gore and hospital sit-coms. Maybe also noteworthy to mention is that it is especially recommended for people that enjoyed David Lynch’s “Twin Peaks”.
Stephan King made an american version of “The Kingdom” a few years ago. I have not seen that one but my gut feeling screams ‘Stay Away!‘.

Zojuist bereikte mij het trieste bericht dat het Oost-Groninger dujo Roef en Marian naar goed Volendams voorbeeld het bijltje erbij neergooit.
Het succesverhaal van het illustere dujo mag bekend zijn; nadat ze de voltallige jury van talentenshow ‘de x-factor’ verbijsterd hadden achtergelaten en een succesvolle act in de lachbandshow van trekpop Jensen waren ze welgeziene gasten in uitverkochte winkelcentra en voetbalstadions, van Gulpen tot Delfzijl.
Naar nu blijkt is juist dit succes tevens de ondergang geworden van dit immens populaire zangdujo: zoals zo vaak was de verdeling van de inkomsten, met ongetwijfeld minstens 6 nullen achter de komma, het breekpunt. De geruchten als zou een te goed bevallen partnerruilsessie met het dujo Lucas en Gea de oorzaak zijn van deze onverwachte gebeurtenis, wordt door beiden met klem ontkend.
De datum voor het afscheidsconcert is nog niet bekend, tevens spreken de geruchten over eventuele solocarrieres elkaar tegen. Het landschap van Nederland Muziekland zal nooit meer hetzelfde zijn. Eerst wordt ik via de bsc gewaar dat BZN niet meer is, nu dit. Straks wordt nog bekend dat Jovink en de Voederbietels er na dit jaar mee stoppen.
In dat geval gooi ik mezelf van het Hilton.

Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS
Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS is not your traditionally Weekendmovie and/or World War II flick . It is a movie about the horrific experiments which took place in camps of the Nazi regime during World War II. Ilsa, played by sexploitation star Dyanne Thorne, acts like a Mengele to prove that women can stand more pain than men and therefor are more suited to fight against the allies.
It goes without saying that the torture and bloodsplatters are not from the air. Combined with unfunctional nakedness and a lot of nazi uniforms the ingredients for a great sexploitation movie have all been fulfilled.
