Oorzaak is waarschijnlijk een kwestie van mooi weer spelen door Balkenende 10, gevolgd door een weigering om impopulaire maatregelen te nemen door Rutte 1. En dan te bedenken hoe ik erover dacht toen dit allemaal begon; na jarenlang gesteggel over duur van ww uitkeringen en gelul dat de pot niet leeg mocht, hoefden we ineens niet meer te betalen. Henk en Ingrid enthousiast…

Ik met mijn zwartgalligheid dacht nog dat het gewoon de bedoeling was dat niet meer duidelijk zou zijn dat geld van de werknemers was, zodat de overheid het op termijn kon inpikken… Had ik het fout! het geld is na nog geen drie jaar gewoon op! Bij deze bied ik dan ook postuum mijn excuses aan aan oud premier Balkenende.

Nu zou je kunnen zeggen “Ja, maar dat geld was toch niet van de overheid?”. Dat zou je denken ja. Toch mocht onze overheid deze reservepot altijd wel meerekenen als het begrotingstekort werd uitgerekend! (edit ter verduidelijking)
