Vandaag schildert Gary een grote, zachte en mooie tulp. Deze pastelkleurige roze tulp lijkt zachtjes in de wind te waaien. De buitenste blaadjes vervagen het eerst als ze voorzichtig met de witte achtergrond vermengd worden. Dit is een makkelijk schilderij met een dramatisch effect.

All still existing links (not dead) to mp3 files added to the Tunesday posts (since 2005) are now playable in the Streampad Music Player. Also all new links to mp3 files in posts or pages are now automatically added to this player. Check out the page here or click on ‘0ch MP3′ in the menu bar.

There are +/- 2000 mp3 links in the player but the playlist only displays the first 20. To see more mp3’s click on the last link in the overview/list and then >>| then the next 20 mp3 files are added to the overview/list (not my code).

I’ve added the player on a separate page because the place holder on the bottom of the site was to much in your face. More information about Streampad: here. My inspiration: Thebingoballs.com

Below are some lessons learned for those who want to customize the Streampad player on their Wordpress blog:

Implementing the options in Streampad Wordpress plugin code

The Streampad website offers a couple of options for changing the looks and behaviour of your Streampad player. These options are explained but the site currently lacks any explanation how to implement these options when using the Streampad Wordpress plugin.

To implement the options is actually quite simple when you have some basic php experience.

Step 1
Download and activate the Streampad plugin on your Wordpress blog

Step 2
Go to the ‘Get it’ page on the Streampad website and click on ‘other’

Step 3
The ‘Other’ page displays two sections: Get the code & Customize it.
When you adjust a option under ‘Customize it’ then the string displayed at ‘Get the code’ is automatically adjusted, The sting looks like this:

Set your options and copy / paste the string it into a Notepad file. We are only interested in a section of the url stated in the file so please copy that url. Below is my url:

We are only interested in the code after:

Meaning this url has a general section and an options section. The options section is the part of code after /sp-player-other.js and this is the part of the url which we will paste into the Wordpress plugin code (step 4).

Step 4
Open the Streampad folder in your plugin directory –> Open the Streampad.php file –> find the code below:

Removing the player from the bottom of your website

Make a Wordpress template for pages and created a page on the blog where to display your Streampad player. Now you want to make sure that the player is only displayed on this particular page. So copy (to e.g. Notepad) and delete the function that calls for the player to appear at the bottom of each blog page.

This function is located at the Streampad folder in your plugin directory –> Streampad.php file –> find the code below:

Zoals alle 0chers beseffen, ontsnappen ook vagina’s niet aan de verjongings- en verfraaiingstrend. TV-film naar een geweldig kort verhaal van Kurt Vonnegut. Uitgangspunt is een futuristisch Amerika waar iedereen gelijk hoort te zijn en handicaps worden uitgedeeld aan diegenen die beter zijn dan gemiddeld. Voor liefhebbers van domme amerikanen is dat uiteraard genieten geblazen.

Sober gefilmd (ik zou ook graag een versie van Terry Gilliam willen zien) maar effektief en lekker wegkijkend. Die gozer die een hobbit speelt in LOTR speelt de hoofdrol en doet dat prima, hoewel het in het begin wat lastig is om niet konstant te checken of zijn schoenmaat toevallig bovenmatig groot is.

Mr Fiero, the maker from devalvr ( a browser plugin for viewing not to equalize quality panoramas) got the sublieme idea to write simular software and let that loose on the mirror helmets from the NASA smurfs from the spaceshuttles. Now you are in state to look at things the same way the nasa dude did at the moment that the foto was made.

I shall say: download and install the (307 kb) plugin here and vermake you with the panorama’s here. Helaas for our starman from hell, on the moment works de plugin alone on windows. Don’t forget to use the full screen button..
